SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?  We certainly want everyone to enjoy our leather bags, far and wide… However, shipping our goods out of the US brings about some serious challenges and in order to keep our items at our outlet price points, we have had to make the hard decision to not offer international shipping via our website.  If you would like more information about international shipping options please call 800-557-5214 and speak with one of our customer service representatives. 

I can’t wait to receive my order, when will it be delivered? We're excited too! We aim to fulfill your order within 2 business days of placing your order.  With the free shipping (with orders over $49) we offer, most orders will be delivered within 1-4 days after they have been fulfilled.  Your order will arrive via UPS.  

What’s the status of my order? Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will have the ability to track your package on the UPS website.

ORDERS

Where is my order confirmation email?  An order confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of placing your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add leatherbagoutlet1@gmail.com to your safe senders list. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment notification including your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?   To request a cancellation, please send an email as soon as possible with your order number to leatherbagoutlet1@gmail.com.  If your order has not shipped, we can cancel the order.  Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, you will have to pay for the return.  Once we receive the return, we can then refund your purchase price less any original outbound shipping charges. 

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

What is your warranty? Because leather is a natural material, there will be subtle variations in each item and the leather will wear over time.  Manufacturing defects include rivets, locks, zippers and other hardware pieces found on our products. We care deeply about the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your order, please contact us immediately after receipt so we can help you to resolve.

Most items carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. To initiate a warranty or repair request, please email leatherbagoutlet1@gmail.com  Your bag, at the vendor's discretion will be repaired or replaced.   Please note, the warranty from purchase date, only covers leather goods purchased through the LeatherBagOutlet.com store.  If your product was purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly. Our warranty does not cover any damage that may be incurred to personal contents stored within your bag or product.

What is your returns & exchanges policy? In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. We do not accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We accept returns of unused products within 30 calendar days of purchase date provided they are in brand new condition.   If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged or is postmarked outside of the 30 day policy are ineligible for a refund.  We cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. 

How do I make a return?  We’re sorry it didn’t work out. To begin a return or exchange, please email leatherbagoutlet1@gmail.com with your Order# in the Subject Line and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with next steps to manage your return. Please note, you will be refunded your purchase price less any original outbound shipping charges.  In addition, we can not substitute a replacement bag with a different style unless the original bag is no longer available for purchase.  Additional shipping for the exchange will also be due prior to shipping the exchange. 

When can I expect my refund? Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 business weeks for processing of your return and refund.  You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
